About Nicole “Nik” Morris

With over three decades of experience in the business world, I have founded and managed several multi-billion-dollar companies and shared my expertise with audiences around the world.

But what sets me apart from many other executives is that I am also a proud wife and mother of six children, as well as a grandmother to twelve amazing grandchildren. My family has always been my top priority, and it is what drives me to succeed in every aspect of my life.

Throughout my career, I have overcome numerous challenges and barriers, including gender bias and discrimination, to achieve success on my own terms. And I am proud to say that I have made it my mission to inspire and empower other women and people of color to do the same.
