In 2019, Ron and I founded Lucy Pearls. Named in honor of my mother, the bakery carried five generations of family recipes into a new chapter. We started at farmers markets and opened at POST Houston in 2021. That journey taught me what it means to turn a family legacy into a business—and to lead through the everyday realities of entrepreneurship.
